Astringent Toner

What a natural and good looking packaging! This is my first time using a product from this brand and I really like it. This toner is perfect for my skin type. I usually have a combination skin but this season of the year turns more dry. I love how my skin feels after the first application.

I hadn’t used an astringent in ages because most felt way too strong and would irritate my skin. Btw, I have extremely oily, acne-prone skin. When I received Esther & Mila’s Astringent Toner I was excited honestly, so far it’s been surprisingly gentle while still effective.

Astringent toners in general are great for oily skin and helping with pores. But this one also has cranberry and citrus extracts which I really liked. The texture is watery and and it leaves a nice chilled sensation when using. Also has distinct herbal smell, not overpowering but its there.

I have been using this every other day rather than daily, since my last interaction with astringents I am a bit careful.

Btw if you have dry or sensitive skin, I’d recommend patch testing first since astringent toners can be drying. For me, this one by ether & mila is strong enough to feel like it’s working but not overwhelmingly harsh.

The scent is mild and fresh ,a gentle citrus-cranberry vibe that’s calming when my combo skin needs it most. The texture is light and watery, so it absorbs effortlessly after cleansing and never leaves me feeling sticky. I’m loving the ingredients too witch hazel to help minimize pores, cranberry and citrus extracts to brighten and balance. The bottle feels sleek and solid, and the basic application instructions are easy enough for nightly use. My skin actually feels smoother and looks more even since I started using it ,it’s modest, but it works.

I wanted to share my thoughts on a new toner from Esther and Mila I've been trying. It's supposed to be all natural, which is a big plus for me. I've been using it for a few days now, and I'm really liking the results. My skin feels so much cleaner and refreshed after each use. It's definitely helped with some minor breakouts I was having. The scent is really subtle and pleasant, not overpowering at all. Plus, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry, which is something I've struggled with in the past. Overall, I'm super impressed with this product!
