Refund policy

We make returns simple and easy. All eligible returns must be made within thirty days of purchase. Jewelry must be unused and unworn. Crystals are final sale and are not eligible for return.

For skincare, body care, and jewelry mail-in returns, email us at service@estherandmila.com and we will send you a prepaid return label.

You may also return your purchase in person at our Central West End location in St. Louis, MO.
